Old Harbor Homes, LLC, is a custom residential home builder which uses advanced modular technology to reduce costs, save time and construct a superior product. Old Harbor Homes has the ability to site build residences, but it would take longer, cost more and not be as energy efficient. Advances in modular design and construction techniques have allowed unlimited flexibility in residential and commercial projects. Certain projects such as garages may still be site built, but as the years progress the majority of construction projects will modular.

Unlike other modular companies. Old Harbor Homes' experienced employees oversee construction and install the interior and exterior trim, decks, built-ins, and floors. This streamlines the production process and provides quality control.
