Old Harbor Homes Inc is a husband and wife building team Keith and Carol Hutchings.  Projects designed by architects are frequently designed without budget considerations, at Old Harbor Homes Inc. budgets are discussed before design and Carol Hutchings draws and designs plans which reflect the budget. Unlike traditional building the vast majority of decisions must be made before the project starts construction, such as kitchen  design, vanities, door styles, trim packages, which is a major benefit of modular construction. Carol designs the kitchens and helps the clients make decisions which make the home. When Carol is not working on plans or with the clients, she designs and makes shingle art and installs specialty tile work such has custom black splashes. Keith Hutchings oversees the construction of the projects, works with the modular company, subs contractors and employees. Keith also prices the projects.
